Owner and founder Jennifer Solland first made her way into the industry over 30 years ago.  As time went by and technology advanced, she noticed a gap within the limitations of the office appointment.  With the help of her husband, Leigh Solland (a retired IT Specialist), she followed her dream and created a mobile tax preparation business, focusing mostly on personal tax returns. 

She was surprised to see the need for convenient, affordable and knowledgeable tax services within her community.  There were so many neighbours who needed someone to "make sense" of their personal and business tax needs. Someone they could feel comfortable with and trust.  She was welcomed into peoples homes, helped them get benefits they deserved and were entitled to.  So many she is honored to now call "friends".

To meet the needs of her growing clientele, she reached out to an old co-worker and friend, Krista Propp.  With over 10 years of Administrative and Coordinating experience, the stars aligned and she set up a little table and computer, in the only spare room she had, her laundry room.  A mom to a busy toddler.  Together they quickly grew from bedroom, to small office, to bigger office, to multiple offices!

With the support of her husband and friend, Jennifer was able to branch the company out by offering additional office services such as Corporate Tax Filing, Bookkeeping , GST filing and Payroll.

We have a lot of heart, hard work, compassion, experience and knowledge. Thanks to our loyal clients, Time Advantage has grown into the thriving company it is today.
